Drink this before you sleep to lose weight in the morning!




Cinnamon has the power to decrease bad cholesterol, improves circulation and blood flow, promotes digestion and metabolism and in this way it allows faster burning of fat. You can also add lemon juice for the taste.
Take 2 tablespoons of cinnamon and put them in boiling water for 15 minutes. Then let the water cool, then add 2 spoonfuls of honey and mix well. Have a drink before going to bed on a daily basis.
